Hey, I'm Michael. I've been in a marching band for the past few years. I marched at Lloyd Memorial HS in Northern Kentucky for 2 years, where I played 3rd and 2nd bass. My second year there I was the bass captain. This year I have made a switch to Dixie Heights HS where I play snare and am a Junior. Yay for me! I only have 2 years left of high school!

When I get out of high school, I plan on attending Northern Kentucky University to major in music education and composition. I love writing music, especially percussion. I currently am using Finale 2008.

My favorite drum corps is Phantom Regiment. Some of my favorite DC show are: PR - Rhapsody, Faust - PR, Harmonic Journey - PR, The Zone - The Cadets, A Defiant Heart - PR, Blue Devils 2003, 2006, 2007 and 2008...etc.

My Favorite WGI group is Rhythm X and RCC. I like others, but those two have my top vote.

** My judging philosophy is clean and creative. Clean = NO collisions as well as nice transitions (I define the two differently), and good flow. Creative = eye catching, but also realistic. If your show has both of those then you'll definitely get a good score from me.
